Order Inspection & Quality Assurance
Every order is inspected and packaged with care before it leaves our facility. We take every reasonable step to ensure that your product arrives in excellent condition and matches the item you purchased.
If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label. We will review each case individually to determine the appropriate resolution.
30-Day Warranty Protection
Customers have the option to purchase our 30-Day Warranty during checkout for additional protection.
If you purchased the 30-Day Warranty, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund if your product experiences a qualifying issue within 30 days of delivery. Warranty claims are subject to review and verification. Proof of purchase, photos or videos of the issue, and any additional information requested by our support team may be required before a claim is approved.
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or improper handling.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect the product's functionality.
- Damage resulting from unauthorized modifications or repairs.
Returns
Returns are only accepted when authorized by our support team. If a return is approved, the item must:
- Be returned in its original condition.
- Include all original packaging and accessories.
- Be shipped back within the timeframe provided by our support team.
- Not show signs of misuse, intentional damage, or excessive wear.
Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated by Magnaradio.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Magnaradio is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or delivered to an incorrect address due to inaccurate information provided during checkout.
Limitation of Liability
Magnaradio is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs inspections, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary depending on location and carrier performance.

Refund Policy
Magnaradio does not offer refunds on purchases unless the customer purchased the optional 30-Day Warranty at checkout and the claim qualifies under the terms of that warranty.
